Forged Metal Parts

What is Forging?
Forging is a forging process conducted above the metal’s recrystallization temperature. Also referred to as hot die forging, it involves intense plastic deformation and prolonged contact between the workpiece and the die. Due to the extreme thermal and mechanical stresses involved, die materials must exhibit excellent thermal stability, high-temperature strength and hardness, impact toughness, resistance to thermal fatigue and wear, as well as good machinability. For applications with lower mechanical demands, hot forging dies can be manufactured from low-alloy steels At Jinpurui Products Co., Ltd., we provide high-strength metal forging services tailored for demanding applications. From aerospace-grade parts to industrial hardware, our forging process enhances material density and durability, making it ideal for load-bearing and safety-critical components.

Why Forging?

1. Superior Mechanical Strength

Forging aligns the metal’s internal grain structure along the shape of the part, making the final product much stronger and tougher than cast or machined alternatives.

2. Outstanding Fatigue & Impact Resistance

Forged components withstand shock, vibration, and high-stress environments far better than parts made through other methods — ideal for load-bearing and high-wear use.

3. Uniform Structure, Minimal Defects

The forging process minimizes porosity, voids, and inclusions, resulting in parts with excellent structural integrity and long service life.

4. Consistent Quality at Medium to High Volumes

Once the dies are in place, forging becomes a reliable and repeatable process — ideal for producing thousands of parts with tight tolerances.

5. Material Versatility & Post-Machining

We forge parts in carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and more — followed by CNC finishing for precision where needed.

Case Study

We believe the projects that we have executed speak for themselves. CITIC HIC has engineered and provided 6 AG mills of Ø12.2m×11m (28000kW gearless drive) and 6 overflow discharge ball mills of Ø7.9×13.6m (2×9000kW gear drive) for Sino Iron Project in Australia. For Zijin Mining’s Duobaoshan Copper Mine project in Heilongjiang, we have manufactured and provided SAG mills of Ø11×6.4m (2×9000kW) and overflow discharge ball mills of Ø7.9×13.6m (2×9000kW) which have been well operating currently.
